Thank you for submitting a request for digital signage! 

You should receive a confirmation email in a few minutes to confirm your request has been submitted.

Within 24 to 48 hours (two business days) of your digital signage request submission, we will contact you via email with a status update of:

• In Production: Your request is being processed.

• Need Additional Information: We have questions or need clarification about your request.

• Completed: Your request has been processed and your digital slide had be uploaded/is scheduled to run during your requested dates.

During non-peak times, we are able to accommodate most requests in less than two weeks.  Regularly scheduled uploads occur every Friday with the exception of university holidays/closures. If you have questions or concerns, please reply to the confirmation / status update emails.
