Instruction:
1. Click on the "chat with an expert" button in the lower right hand of the screen.
    a. When it says "chat with an expert" an agent is available. 
    b. When it says "contact us" an agent not available. Click here to send us your question. 
2. Fill in your name, email address and your message
3. Be sure to have your UCM ID number ready to provide to the SFC representative at the beginning of your chat.
