Billing and Student Fees

The mission of Student Business Services (SBS) is to provide professional and courteous service to all members of the UC Merced community. As a department, its core function is to produce accurate electronic billing statements and to collect student obligations on behalf of the UC Regents.

In pursuit of its obligation, SBS works with several offices both on and off campus. In particular, SBS interfaces extensively with the Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid and Scholarships Office, Residence Life, and the SIS Information Technology employees.
